Coachella Day 3

4.28.2008 — I word can only describe last night…EPIC. Watching Roger Waters was an event, I thought I was going to pass out at points, my feet fucking killed me but this night was epic and I stood for the whole damn thing. On a side note, My Morning Jacket was a great opener to Roger Waters.

Coachella Day 2

4.27.2008 - Well day 2 has come and gone. MGMT and Man Man were both HUGE surprises on Saturday. Hop Chip kept me sane while I laid on the ground. My childhood friend is in Animal Collective and they rocked it! Though the highlight for me was hearing Flogging Molly play “Drunken Lullebye”

Finally Done!

04.11.2008 — Well Rob and I finally finished our 90’s Teen Comedy which takes place over New years. It’s very funny and yet we still do not have a title. So anyone reading this if you have any cool title names please feel free to email me them. 90’s themed. You will get a special thanks when the movie is released and will get to go to the premiere. I can’t offer up anything else till it’s sold.

Super Bowl Commercials

Well the Super Bowl has come and gone. But the commercials will be on Tv annoying the shit out of you every day. The company I work for, Nomad Editing, had 5 commercials this Super Bowl Season. Pepsi with Justin Timberlake, Bridgestone  with the screaming Chipmunks and Richard Simmons, Guiness, Sunsilk and Amp. Check out the link below.

SAG & DGA Award Comments

01-28-2008 - SAG and DGA Awards went off without a hitch. I was pleasantly surprised that nothing won for Juno; not that I didn’t like Juno, I loved it, just not as much as Into The Wild, There Will Be Blood, American Gangster and No Country for Old Men. Juno will have it’s day with the Oscars and WGA Awards. I was glad to see There Will Be Blood win, though PTA I think got robbed yet again. I’m a huge fan of his and have to honestly say I did not make it past page 30 for the There Will Be Blood script but god damn that movie was great. Between the Coen’s, PTA, Ridley and Penn this was a great year for film.  Postscript– Into the Wild snubbed by Oscars, a sad day for me.

Flu killed My Energy

Well this has been my worst season to date dealing with getting sick. I have been sick 3 times in 2 months and this last one being the dreaded flu virus. It has hampered my writing. But not fear, I am still writing. My writing partner Rob, and I have moved forward during the writers strike and began our very own 90’s teen comedy. All I can say is it takes place on New Years Eve. We’re about 50 pages deep and laughing all the way through. If I get some rest this next month maybe we can have it finished in time for the writer’s strike to end.

Episode 4

10-10-2007 — Well Junior’s is just about ready to be pitched. Episode 4 will be a pivitol point in our little TV show as we are reworking the movie Field of Dreams to fit our show. Should be a great episode like when News Radio did the Titanic, what a great show.

POST SEASON MADNESS!!!

10-1-2007 — Finally my Phillies made something out of this season. I hope to play the Padres cause then i will go to a game but I also hope for the Rockies cause i want to see Ryan Howard blast a 600 ft. homer at Coors Field….and win too. GO PHILLIES!!!
